All investments have impact. The ways we save, spend and invest can dramatically influence both the fabric and consciousness of society.
Call it green, responsible, sustainable, SRI, or ESG, there are many ways to invest for profit and positive impact. Attending a regional Investing for Impact event can help you understand the valuable resources available, develop the confidence to talk about investment impact and performance, create deeper relationships with investors based on trust and common values, and assist investors to make more informed, more impactful choices.
A regional investing for impact event is a place and a time to connect with like-minded investors, financial planners, and investment advisors who can help you conquer the challenges and recognize the benefits of sustainable, responsible, impact investing. Plan to join us!
What to Expect
- CE credit: typically, CFP®, CIMA® and CFA® can receive 2-4 credit hours of continuing education from our events.

- Networking: all events create ample opportunities to meet individuals in the impact investing arena and outside, interested parties.
What Is Investing for Impact?
Mini-conferences and networking events designed to educate investors and investment professionals about investing in a manner consistent with the principles of sustainable, responsible, impact investing. If you would like to learn more please contact us using the information to the right of the screen.
Wasn’t This Called Basecamp SRI before?
Yes, it was. Due to some confusion between the name Basecamp and the term boot-camp and a desire for a name that more fully embodies the nature of these events, in 2015 we chose to rename them Investing for Impact Events.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Absolutely! One of the primary goals of the Investing for Impact events is to provide opportunities to connect with other like-minded investors and investment professionals in your community.
Can I bring my clients?
Yes; however, these events are designed primarily for the benefit of licensed investment professionals. The primary goal is to provide information and insights about critical and controversial global issues that financial advisors can use to help serve socially conscious investors.
What’s on the agenda? Who will be speaking?
Investing for Impact Event agendas are comprised of local and national experts who offer information on timely and impactful topics, to assist with deepening understanding around complex and controversial issues, and to help guide the placement of investment capital in more positive, healthy, transformative ways.
